The Multiple Co wasn't formed by accident. It grew from the work we've been doing through Vive Financial Advisers and Vive Capital for many years.
Through Vive Financial Advisers, we've spent years helping clients make important financial decisions with their personal insurance and mortgages. And through Vive Capital, we began helping business buyers and property developers navigate the finance required to acquire businesses.
The more acquisitions we worked on, the more we saw the same gap: buyers needed more than someone to arrange the loan. They needed someone in their corner to assess whether the deal was viable, develop the buying strategy, navigate the acquisition and make sure the finance structure worked for the business and its cashflow goals.
That's why we created The Multiple Co.
